2010 Board Members
The Business of Kensington Estates Home Owners Association is managed by a 3-member Board of Directors (President, Treasurer, and Secretary), with additional help from 3 subcommittee chairs (Social Function, Landscaping, and Metro Council), and a 3 member Architectural Committee.

2010 ACC Members
The Architectural Committee is responsible for reviewing all plans for new construction and improvements to existing homes in Kensington Estates. They also monitor for compliance of the Section 3 Restrictions found in the Act of Restrictions. If you plan to make any changes or improvements to a vacant lot or existing home, plans must be submitted to one of the ACC members at least 45 days prior to beginning work. Improvements include but are not limited to, fences, landscaping, paint, buildings, removing trees, etc.
