Dear Sir,


The Kensington Estates Homeowner’s Association has received several complaints 

regarding the automobile(s) that are frequently parked on the street in front 

of your residence and on both sides of the street.  This has created what is 

believed to be a dangerous situation for other neighbors and we have received 

many complaints.  We respectfully request that your driveway be used as often 

as possible to accommodate vehicles at your residence.  Understandably, there 

will be times when guest will require parking on the street.  If you or your 

guest must park on the street please be considerate and do not park on others 

lawns.

Per section 4.6 of the Act of Restrictions of Kensington estates Subdivision 

“No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on, nor shall anything be 

done which may be or becom an annoyance or nuisance to the other owners.
