Dear Homeowners and Lot Owners,


Because E-mail communication is cheaper and faster than paper mail communications, Kensington 
Estates is trying to use E-mail more and paper mail less.  The Annual Directory and Newsletters 
will still be published using both media.  Those without working E-mail accounts will receive 
these in their mailbox.  Those with working E-mail accounts will receive only the electronic 
version.  Updates to the directory and notices about issues such as lost pets or city business 
will only be sent via E-mail.   

We understand the desire to eliminate nuisance paper mail, e-mail, and phone calls, but the 
Homeowners Association does need a means of communication with each and every member of 
Kensington Estates.  Therefore, please fill out the information requested below, and indicate 
by checking the appropriate box, whether or not the information should be published in a future 
directory, or “Do Not Publish – for KEHOA communication only”.
